What You’ll Do and What You’ll Bring

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• The Housekeeping Manager will carry out all daily shift operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Department.
• Always provide the highest quality of service to guests and ensure associates do the same. Will act as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Perform hands-on duties as needed and be responsible for admin tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc. Ensure that SOPs, brand standards, and White Lodging policies are followed within their department(s) to the highest standards.
• Perform other managerial duties as assigned by property leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A Housekeeping Manager will have a passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and execute against the strategy and deliver results.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Also, be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call as issues arise.
