Position Overview:

  • Luxury yacht sales worldwide (60-150 feet)
  • Independent contractor role with limitless earning potential
  • Manage and cultivate client relationships , from initial contact to closing
  • Develop strategic sales plans and identify process improvements
  • Work closely with sales & management teams to drive results
  • Conduct research on prospects and effectively qualify leads
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed yacht broker with prior yacht sales experience

Polished, professional, and self-driven

✔ Exceptional relationship-building skills , capable of working with high-net-worth individuals

Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex sales processes

Effective communication skills —both written and verbal

Experience with CRM systems and performance tracking

Tech-savvy, well-traveled, and knowledgeable about the yachting industry

✔ A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute sales goals
