Warehouse / Shipping / Receiving / Assembly Lead
Location: Waterford, NY (On-site)
Schedule: 1st Shift, Full-Time
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse / Shipping / Receiving / Assembly Lead to guide a small team (3–4 employees) and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in warehouse, shipping, and light assembly who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory, and assembly.
Oversee assembly of frames, accessory kits, and operate power tools (cutting, drilling).
Pull and ship orders accurately and on time.
Verify incoming shipments and prepare bills of lading/packing slips.
Schedule shipments with UPS, FedEx, and common carriers.
Promote and lead 5S workplace organization, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and safety improvements.
Guide and support team members while staying hands-on in daily work.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in a warehouse or shipping/receiving lead role.
Forklift certification required.
Experience with shipping systems (UPS/FedEx).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable with assembly work and using power tools.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance).
Stand, walk, push, pull, bend throughout the shift.
