  • Strong knowledge of FLORIDA plant materials, construction methods, and site detailing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Ability to handle interruptions from clients and teammates with grace.
  • Experience with streetscapes, transportation corridors, or infrastructure projects

Benefits

•\tHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance + FSA

•\t401(k) with company match

•\tPaid time off and holidays

•\tReimbursement for licensure and CEUs

•\tHybrid Work OK once established

•\tA collaborative, responsive, and usually relaxed work environment that you can help shape.

You’ll work on a wide range of project types, including background infrastructure projects and everyday civic spaces that don’t always make headlines. From gas stations to stadiums, parking lots, downtown infill lots, community gardens, trails, and beyond.

You will be juggling multiple deliverables, sweating the details in the field, literally, and collaborating on shared deadlines, which may appear out of the blue. That means being accountable to your teammates as much as you are to your clients. If you value craft, utility, impact, and growth more than the spotlight, you’ll fit right in. To apply or express interest, send your resume and work samples to melanie@darkmoss.com.
