I work from home and my husband is an airline pilot who will be returning to work February 1, 2026 from extended parental leave. The airline schedule is roughly gone 15 days of the month. I am looking for someone that is flexible and can help while my husband travels both when I am working and during some weekend time (if he happens to be gone). We have a 5 month, 2 year, and 4-year-old daughters. The older two girls are in preschool M-F 9 a.m. to noon so it is mainly the baby.
