Summary : As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for performing all front desk duties, overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring an impeccable level of service, and creating an environment of relaxation and tranquility for both clients and staff. You will lead a team of skilled therapists and support staff, while also actively engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate is a relaible, committed and dedicated individual with a strong background in spa management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

• All aspects of front desk duties, spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional service providers and sales staff.
• Ensure a consistent and high standard of service delivery that aligns with the spa's mission and values.
• Monitor spa performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.
• Handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of treatment rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services, packages, and special promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and employee performance
• Uphold and enforce spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications :

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in Massage spa with month to month membership sales and retention
• Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations, staff, and guest relations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of various massage therapies and spa treatments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in spa software and basic computer applications.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Relevant certification in spa management or a related discipline
• Self-motivated to pave clear pathway to Spa General Manager or multi-location leadership roles
