Join Our Team as a School Social Worker!

Location: Chicago, IL 60621

Are you driven by the desire to make a lasting impact in students' lives? We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate School Social Worker to join our vibrant K-8th grade school community, focusing on K-6th grade students.

What You’ll Do:

• Support a Growing Caseload: Take charge of a caseload of 35-40 students, with the expectation that it will grow by about 10 more students throughout the year. Your role will be critical in helping each student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with another School Social Worker who supports the full K-8th grade range. Together, you’ll create and implement interventions that meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks.
• Engage Fully with Our Community: With school hours from approximately 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM, you’ll have the time to deeply engage with students, teachers, and families, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
