Are you a skilled pressman looking for a stable career with a trusted, union print shop? At Kelly Press Inc. , we’ve built our reputation on quality craftsmanship and reliable service for over 50 years. We are currently hiring experienced Pressmen to run and maintain our 6-Color 40” Heidelberg SM- 102 Press with Aqueous Coater and 2-Color Jet Press in our Cheverly, MD facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain a 6-color press or 2 Color Jet Press to produce top-quality printed products.
• Read and follow job specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare press with correct plates, inks, and paper stock.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot press for optimal output.
• Inspect and monitor print quality throughout every job, ensuring consistency with client expectations.
• Perform regular maintenance on all press components to keep press in optimal condition.
• Follow all safety rules and work collaboratively with supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating 6-color press or Jet Press equipment.
• Ability to read and understand job jackets and convert specifications into quality production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100lbs, bend/squat in press units, and stand/walk most of the shift.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done.
