Nova Coast Media is expanding into Los Angeles and looking for talented real estate photographers and videographers to join our growing local network.

If you have a strong eye for detail, experience capturing real estate, and can deliver consistent, high-quality footage — we want to connect with you.

About the Role

This is a freelance shooting position only — no editing required .

You’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality property photos and/or videos following Nova Coast Media’s brand standards and upload guidelines.

• What We’re Looking ForReal Estate Media Experience: Proven ability to capture professional images or videos of properties.
• Flambient Photography (Required for Photo Applicants): Must know how to blend flash + ambient exposures using a tripod.
• Video Production (If Applicable): Able to film smooth, cinematic 4K 60fps footage with a gimbal and drone .
• Reliability: Meets deadlines and communicates promptly with the scheduling team.
• Professionalism: Consistent quality, attention to detail, and respect for client environments.

• Required EquipmentCamera: Mirrorless or DSLR (20+ MP) with 4K 60fps capability.
• Lenses: Wide (14–15mm) and zoom (24–70mm) lenses.
• Lighting: On/off-camera flash system for flambient photography.
• Drone: Capable of 4K 60fps (FAA Part 107 certification required).
• Stabilization: Tripod and gimbal.
• Computer & Internet: For quick file upload (no editing necessary).

• Location Must be based in the Los Angeles area or within reasonable driving distance.
• Occasional travel may be requested for nearby markets.

This is a freelance, contractor opportunity for Los Angeles–based shooters . Some onboarding is provided, but a strong foundation in real estate media and flambient photography (for photographers) is required.
