Job Description

Property Coordinator position available with Crye-Leike® Property Management in the Cordova, TN office. The Property Coordinator will primarily work with and be responsible for a set portfolio of properties. This is an administrative position that will support our Residential Leasing Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, professional to provide excellent customer service and help us maintain our property management goals.

Job Description

• Processing of applications
• Coordinating tenant move-ins
• Processing of prospective tenant inquiries and guest cards
• Connect and disconnect of utilities
• Tenant communications
• Follow up on unsigned lease renewals
• Coordinate with Property Inspector on move in/out inspection calendar
• Prepare reports from software for Property Manager
• Follow up on open maintenance work orders
• Assist maintenance department and vendors with tenant scheduling if needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard office technology: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Apps, cloud-based management and dashboarding software, etc.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once
• Experience with Property Management Software - AppFolio preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Self-starter/finisher
• High School with some college preferred
