We are a national auto appraisal company specializing in diminished value and actual cash value appraisals. This is a remote opportunity for Florida residents only! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to assist our clients with their diminished value and total loss insurance claims.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues related to insurance claims.
As a Paralegal working for DVCHECK, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service with 100% satisfaction to all DVCHECK clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer interaction by handling customer needs with integrity and empathy in one transaction.
- Build genuine connections with customers, while being a great ambassador for the DVCHECK brand.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key accounts.
- Promote sales of available services, as appropriate.
- Communicate directly with customers and key accounts to answer questions and address issues through email, text message, phone, and other channels.
- Offer knowledgeable answers to questions about appraisals and guide clients through the claims process.
- Properly document phone calls and emails.
- Take ownership of the customer complaint process and follow customer issues through to resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop, communicate, implement and maintain the policies and procedures necessary to ensure a high standard of customer service for the purpose of meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including work on special projects.
- Perform various administrative duties as it pertains to customer service such as handling customer inquiries, following up on documents, and processing customer orders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable work experience.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong grammar and spelling are needed in this position.
- Must be dependable, detail oriented, and highly organized.
- Communication: Ability to manage internal and external requests via multiple platforms, while remaining organized and concise with communication. Identify and clarify customer needs and concerns, while effectively reporting requirements and customer expectations internally to determine a solution. Present answers / options to the customer and follow up to ensure resolution.

Salary: $50,000-60,000
