This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, making professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills essential. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support while helping maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment. ________________________________________ Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of office operations and staff
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls professionally
  • Respond to inquiries from the public, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, referring calls as appropriate
  • Type, scan, mail, and photocopy correspondence and documents
  • Assemble and distribute documents, manuals, and other materials
  • Establish, maintain, and organize records and files related to company operations
  • Operate standard office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, telephones, scales, and communication systems
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front office presence
  • Perform other duties as assigned
