About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and execution-focused Marketing Intern to assist Touchland Marketing team in our Miami HQ. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute in building a relevant game-changing brand on social media and support Touchland growth.

Responsibilities

General Marketing Support:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  4. Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations and collateral.
  5. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, both virtual and in-person.
  6. Monitor and analyze social media channels, providing insights and recommendations.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Aid in the management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  2. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
  3. Support the optimization of website content for SEO and user experience.
  4. Assist in creating and scheduling content for email marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of social media content calendars.
  2. Engage with the audience on social media platforms and respond to inquiries.
  3. Contribute to the creation of visually appealing and compelling social media posts.
  4. Collaborate with influencers for content creation and partnerships.

Content Creation:

  1. Assist in the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing materials.
  2. Help maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  3. Support the production of blog posts, articles, and other written materials.

Influencer Marketing:

  1. Assist in managing influencer relationships and collaborations.
  2. Support the tracking and reporting of influencer campaigns.
  3. Contribute to the identification and outreach to potential influencers.

Public Relations:

  1. Assist in PR efforts by drafting press releases and media pitches.
  2. Monitor media coverage and assist in building media lists.
  3. Support the organization and execution of PR events and initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Generate reports on marketing metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  2. Assist in tracking and analyzing KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

Administrative Tasks:

  1. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
  2. Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing files, databases, and documents.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
  2. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Professional Development:

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices.
  2. Seek opportunities for professional growth within the marketing field.
  • Note: Additional tasks may be assigned at the company's discretion to support overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the marketing and PR industry and its best practices.
  • Degree in Marketing, PR and/or Communications
  • Natural proficiency in social media, with an intuitive sense for trends, celebrities, influencers.
  • Knowledge of beauty, fashion, pop culture news and current events.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, customer-facing experience a plus
  • A tenacious, charismatic, and attention-grabbing creative thinker.
  • Knowledge of the brand and its ethos, with the ability to represent Touchland authentically to key clients.
  • Understanding of analytics, social listening, influencer engagement, hashtag strategies and overall social media marketing platforms.
  • Great organizational and project management skills
  • Thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment; also has a hunger for driving impactful results with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail and high organizational and project management skills.
