JUNIOR CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE. Entry Level.

Facilities USA & Guard Services USA ( . FacilitiesUSA . com & . GuardServicesUSA . com) Work Location: In person. This is NOT a work from home or remote work position.

  • Precise attention to detail
  • Tolerates repetitive tasks
  • Experience in client services support is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Staffing Security Requests:
  • Monitor emails and calls, log requests, obtain quotes, and staff requests.
  • Secure guard names and contact information.
  • Check in guards and update clients on their status.
  • Affiliate Management:
  • Track signed work orders and ensure current COIs/Licenses.
  • Quality Control:
  • Periodically check with clients on service quality.
  • Waste Management, Fire Safety, & Pest Control:
  • Handle client requests, schedule services, track progress, and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with billing and shop for new contracts.
  • Affiliate Management:
  • Track signed work orders and ensure current COIs/Licenses.
  • Quality Control (Pest Control Only):
  • Periodically check with clients on service quality.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Typical $80,000 ++ annual total compensation with all additional benefits, full major medical, transit subsidy and profit-sharing, etc.

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift. 9am-5pm M-F
  • In-person at Grand Central Station
  • No nights or weekends, some overtime possible
