Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details What You’ll Do:
- Ensure that the company's financial practices align with international laws and regulations to avoid legal issues and penalties.
- Manage and oversee financial aspects of cross-border transactions, including compliance with transfer pricing regulations and currency exchange issues.
- Drives and coordinates alignment of the company’s accounting compliance and external functions with any global strategic objectives and initiatives taken.
- Interact with regulatory authorities, tax agencies, and other government bodies to address inquiries, submit required reports, and ensure compliance.
- Responsible for managing the accounting compliance and external reporting function.
- Provide training to finance and other relevant staff on international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prepare documentation for any statuary audit requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of financial transactions and compliance-related activities to support audits and inquiries.
- Support the monthly close process for the international offices.
- Partners with Accounting and non-Accounting colleagues both domestically and internationally.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
- Familiarity with International Tax filings and foreign currency
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced business environment
Preferred
- 2+ years Global Compliance experience
- 2+ years Public Accounting experience
- Multiple ledger and multiple currency experience, including consolidations
