Intake/Legal Assistant (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated, friendly and bilingual (Spanish/English) individual to join our team as an Intake/Legal Assistant. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about law and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients after they retain our firm.
• Collect and organize critical case details, including personal information, accident reports, medical records, and other essential documentation.
• Accurately input client data into our case management system, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering trust and confidence with clients during the intake process.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
• Leverage technology and software tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish   and English (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, empathetic, and committed to delivering top-notch client service.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
• Interest in personal injury law and the legal field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• No prior legal experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
