We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Anderson, Indiana. In this role, you will focus on analyzing financial data within the Accounts Receivable department, providing insights into bad debt, month-over-month trends, and gross-to-net figures. This is a Contract position with potential for long-term growth, offering an exciting opportunity to advance within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed analyses of bad debt trends, month-over-month financial changes, and gross-to-net calculations to inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain advanced spreadsheets using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other tools to support financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to configure financial templates and ensure accurate data representation.
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to manage financial processes and reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and address key business challenges.
• Support the Accounts Receivable department by identifying and addressing discrepancies in financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities.
• Participate in hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-office and remote work as needed.
• Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Communicate financial findings and analysis to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong experience with financial analysis and accounting principles, including bad debt and accrual accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems and data mining techniques.
• Knowledge of budget processes, capital management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work schedules and collaborate effectively with team members.
