Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office; Tuesday and Friday remote
Shift: 1st Shift (Generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; some overtime required)
Compensation: $44–$48 per hour
Employment Type: Contract (possible contract-to-hire)

Overview:
LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, resourceful professional with strong Hyperion Planning experience and a passion for financial strategy and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Hyperion Planning environment

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

• Conduct strategic financial analysis and develop insights for decision-making

• Prepare quarterly financial reports and support earnings release processes

• Collaborate across business segments to gather and analyze financial data

• Drive process improvements and system enhancements

Required Skills:

• Hyperion Administration experience (preferred)

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Detail and process orientation

• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Hyperion reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, strategy, or consulting

• Experience analyzing financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA

• Experience with financial modeling in Excel

• Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint

Pay Details: $44.00 to $48.00 per hour
