Executive Leadership Opportunity

Were seeking a visionary and purpose-driven executive to lead strategic operations across Technology, Innovation, and Service Excellence including IT, Product Innovation, Corporate Real Estate, Payments, Card Services and Electronic Services. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

Develop and execute strategic plans that align with our company's vision and goals. Inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and drive innovation across all areas of responsibility.

IT and Product Innovation :

Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions and innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.

Corporate Real Estate :

Oversee the management and optimization of our corporate real estate portfolio. Ensure that our facilities support our business objectives and provide a productive and engaging work environment.

Payments and Card Services :

Drive the growth and development of our payments and card services offerings. Identify new opportunities and partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and deliver exceptional value to our Members.

Electronic Services :

Lead the expansion and enhancement of our electronic services. Ensure that our digital platforms are user-friendly, secure, and provide a seamless Member experience.

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of all laws, rules and regulations pertaining to information technology, products projects, corporate real estates, payments operations and business lending management techniques and practices within the financial services industry.
  • Through knowledge of modern management techniques and practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of risk and portfolio management.
  • Thorough knowledge of credit risk management.
  • Current knowledge of national and local economic trends and condition.
  • Skill in the operation of personal computer and word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software with Intra/Internet access.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and public speaking skills; ability to effectively speak or present on controversial, complex topics.
  • Skill in establishing future business directions including developing long range plans impacting business success.
  • Skill in establishing, articulating, and modeling organizational vision and goals.
  • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities, identify and evaluate alternatives, and develop sound, effective approaches.
  • Ability to use organizational financial statements to compare actual performance with projects in order to maximize resources to resolve key issues.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate the achievement of goals, objectives, and work plans.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a diverse group of people including directors, regulators, Members, team members, attorneys, vendors, and other parties.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

The ideal candidate has bachelor's degree in business administration, or closely related field (MBA preferred) and a minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience with operations at a financial institution, with at least five years experience at a senior management level.

Compensation: Base starting range: $400,000 to $453,000 annually commensurate with experience.

Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity. Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
