A growing, innovation-driven company in the smart infrastructure and technology space is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its high-performing Finance team. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—finance team members here are seen as strategic leaders who influence the direction of the business and enable data-driven decisions across functions.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership across North America and gain exposure to both organic growth initiatives and M&A activity. This is a hybrid position based in the Duluth, GA area, with up to two remote workdays per week.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A & Commercial Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will support a range of strategic initiatives related to financial planning, software revenue operations, and budget accountability across the organization. This is a high-visibility role in a lean structure, offering strong development and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead quarterly and annual forecast cycles; collaborate with Sales to develop revenue models and provide actionable insights.
• Revenue Operations: Manage ARR tracking and software P&L, including waterfall analysis, unit economics, and margin optimization.
• Budget Oversight: Conduct monthly SG&A budget reviews with stakeholders across Sales, G&A, and R&D.
• Corporate Reporting: Support consolidation activities and meet reporting requirements for the parent company.
• Modeling & Infrastructure: Build scalable, flexible financial models to support real-time, strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant financial experience (FP&A, corporate finance, commercial finance)
• Strong understanding of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with financial systems such as Power BI , Oracle FCC , Workday Adaptive , or similar
• Familiarity with business analytics tools and dashboards
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Process improvement and project management experience is a plus
• Experience managing or analyzing software P&Ls is strongly preferred
