Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Chino, CA. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, analyzing web analytics, and executing online marketing campaigns. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. 

Qualifications

  • Web Analytics and Online Marketing skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytic tools,
  • Experience with Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the marine or manufacturing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports and presenting on our weekly meetings
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs and providing weekly reports from Amazon Ads, Facebooks Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels (Email Marketing)
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with web developers to improve UX/UI based on heatmaps.
  • Optimize existing product listings and drive new product launches in conjunction of marketing efforts
  • Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of product, including set up, pricing, categorization, ranking, upsell / cross sell online.
  • To ensure that all pages are effectively merchandised, identifying best sellers, key trends & stories.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, blogs, etc)
  • Other other tasks assigned
