Job Summary
As the Corporate Trainer, you will create and facilitate training programs for on-site corporate based seminars and in-the-field based sessions for employees, manufacturer’s representatives, and the distribution channel representatives.
You will partner with the Sales organization and Division Managers to develop and deliver sales skills and product training that will maximize sales talent and enhance TURCK’s ability to exceed sales goals in a competitive marketplace. This will include content creation, delivery, and eventually Train-the-Trainer programs. You will work with division managers, product managers, and sales leaders to identify training needs and construct plans for meeting those needs.

This position requires the ability to travel at least 50% of the time with the other amount of time spent sitting at a workstation under usual office conditions. Incumbent will have regular contacts both inside and outside of the company requiring tact and discretion.
