This position is a temp to hire position.
Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Cherry Picker Operators at our client that is an Pet Supply warehouse and is located in Joliet, IL.

Location: Joliet, IL
Schedule/Shift Details - 1st shift - Monday to Friday 4am to 2:30pm
Job Description: * Replenishments
* Put aways
* Operate Cherry Picker Forklift
* Repetitively lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.
* Use of hand-held computer to scan merchandise bar code.
* Operate computerized pick-module.
Qualifications: * At least 1-2 years of recent and consistent warehouse experience.
* Able to perform manual labor functions *physical job*.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Be able to stand for long periods.
* Open to mandatory overtime including weekends.
* Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times.

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month
accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
- 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.
Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
