Job Description
We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our team here at Millburn Standard!
Responsibilities:
-Support Beverage Director with the daily operations of the bar.
-Ensure positive guest service in all areas, responding to and resolving complaints
-Train and manage bartenders
-Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
-Keep Liquor Room and Beverage cooler clean and organized
-Ensure a high quality of ingredients and making sure recipes are being used
-Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need
-Enhance product knowledge to servers and bartenders
Qualifications:
-A minimum of two years leadership experience working in a bar, preferably in a management position
-Strong leadership qualities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
