BMS Moving & Storage is on the hunt for a driven, enthusiastic Appointment Setter in our corporate office in Lakewood Ranch, FL who’s ready to break into the fast-paced world of sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in validating potential client information, establishing initial contact, navigating and registering the company on client bid portals, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.
What You’ll Do
· Validate and verify potential client information
· Engage prospective clients via phone, email and online channels to set up sales appointments
· Navigate, register, and maintain company profiles on various client bid portals
· Maintain accurate records of appointments, client communications, and interactions in CRM software
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and seamless appointment scheduling
· Report regularly on appointment-setting activities and outcomes
What We’re Looking For

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
· Bonus if you’ve had any customer service, retail, or phone-based experience
· Tech-comfortable (experience with CRM tools is a plus, but we’ll teach you!)
Compensation & Perks
Hourly Pay: $18/hour to start (depending on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
- $25 bonus for every qualified appointment you book (lead shows up)
- Extra bonuses when you hit monthly targets (i.e., $250/month for 20+ appointments)
- Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday - Friday
