Paid Training at $17.00 per hour Job Title: Inside Sales Center Representative Job Type: Full-Time Location: Boca Raton, FL What ISG Does: ISG, founded in 2008, is a US-based marketing, advertising, customer acquisition, and sales company that operates a call center implementing a highly measured approach to converting call orders and completing the customer acquisition journey. The Sales Role: We turn callers into new customers using our measured and consultative sales approach. ISG excels at performance, cultivating it with continuous support, guidance, and comprehensive training. You will become a subject matter expert trained to assess the needs of callers and present solutions that connect them to our products to increase orders. What we sell: ISG focuses on providing home services, such as internet, wireless services, home security, etc., which are products and services people need and use every day. What You’ll Do: Become a subject matter expert on our sales process, product knowledge, and our order entry platform during our paid comprehensive training program As a commissioned sales agent, you will offer, upsell, and cross-sell available promotions based on serviceability Manage numerous inbound and transferred calls in a timely manner from your dual-monitored workstation Assist callers with product availability, pricing, and enrollment Qualify callers on our payment card industries (PCI) compliant production floor Comply with all ISG and partner policies Who You Are: Strong communication skills (empathic listener & persuasive speaker) Technologically savvy Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Sales experience preferred Where You’ll Work: 5900 Broken Sound Parkway NW in Boca Raton, Florida 80,000 sq. ft. modern facility with free parking Engaging break-out rooms Onsite cafeteria with home-cooked meals Shuttle bus from Boca (Yamato Rd.) Tri-Rail To assist you with your ramp period, we provide you with a $17.00 hourly guarantee for your 1st 8-weeks of employment. After training, it switches to an hourly vs. commission structure with a minimum guarantee of $15 per hour; however, our average agent earns $20 per hour, and most agents out-earn this prior to the completion of their 8-week ramp to performance period.
