JOB SUMMARY:

Dukes A&W Enterprises, LLC prides itself on its ability to continually meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Therefore, Dukes A&W is looking for a FULL-TIME Working Manager in Shipping-Receiving-Warehouse with aptitude and drive to take Full Responsibility for this area of our facility. This person must be motivated, dependable, detail oriented who will be responsibility for and be a worker in the receiving, shipping and warehouse pick/pack operations. The right individual for this position is looking for a career with our company, not simply a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

· Guide, train & manage the people in our shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.

· Be responsible for the accuracy and movement of our facility inventory.

· Must be an extremely dependable individual who is on time to work every day.

· Schedule drivers for efficient delivery and pickups.

· Accurately fills orders of parts and products to both customers and outside salespeople.

· Safety must be a priority at all time for themselves and other team members.

· Utilize different technologies as directed

· Ensures a 100% accuracy rate for filling orders.

· Develop processes, if needed, to ensure inventory accuracy

· Must be able to build relationships with customers both internal & external.

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dukes A&W’s products

· Handle parts and products of 50 pounds without issue

· Accurately handle inventory within our warehouse operations

· Ability to drive a forklift as required

· Other duties, as assigned.

· Reports to Senior Management

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Lead by example

· Excellent training skills

· Ability to motivate your employees and hold accountable

· Safety conscious at all times

· Must present themselves and communicate in a professional manner.

· Must be organized with good time management skills.

· Computer knowledge in Windows and Microsoft applications

· Requires close attention to detail.

· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.

· Hitch and truck accessories, electrical, maintenance, shop supplies, snow equipment and automotive knowledge are a plus.

· Must have reliable transportation and be at work on time every day.

· Additional skills may be required as needed.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous receiving-shipping-warehouse experience, management a plus

· Legally eligible to work in the United States.

· Applicants must be 18 or older

· High school diploma or equivalent, college a plus

· Ability to motivate employees and hold them accountable. 

· Must successfully complete pre-employment testing and able to lift 50 pounds.

· Must be able to read and speak the English language. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Hours and Benefits

· Full-time – 8 Hours per day, generally between 7am & 5pm, M-F

· Salary is commensurate with experience.
