Our client, a leader in HR technology solutions, is seeking a Workday Developer - HCM to join their team. As a Workday Developer - HCM, you will be part of the IT department supporting the HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Workday Developer - HCM Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Provide HR system administration, including business process configuration and reporting development. Configure complex Workday business processes with a focus on Payroll and integrations. Support end-user training, change management, issue resolution, and testing to enhance Workday processes. Document technology specifications and maintain accurate change management documentation. Act as a domain support for feature releases and issue resolution, collaborating with various stakeholders. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of Workday HCM experience. Strong understanding of at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, and Payroll. Experience with Workday integrations and knowledge of the Workday data model.
