Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician (FullTime) - Leesburg, VA No window cleaning or pressure washing experience required. We'll train you.
Pay & Schedule - Training: $18/hr , paid training
- After training: $160/day guaranteed plus performance bonus
- Typical takehome once trained: $180-$230/day (about $22-$29/hr equivalent ), with upside on big days
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, ~7:30 AM-5:30 PM , occasional Saturdays in busy season
This Job Is For You If - You like working outside and staying active
- You're comfortable with heights and ladders up to 32 ft
- You take pride in doing a job right and leaving things cleaner than you found them
- You want a place where you can grow into a Lead Tech / Crew Leader , not just punch a clock
What You'll Do - Clean exterior and interior windows on residential homes and lowrise buildings
- Use ladders, waterfed poles, and pressure/softwash equipment
- Carry hoses, ladders, and equipment (up to 50 lbs) throughout the day
- Drive or ride in a company truck to jobs around Leesburg / Loudoun County
- Talk with homeowners, answer basic questions, and represent Window Hero professionally
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Clean up job sites so we leave every property better than we found it
What We're Looking For - Exceptional customer service and communication
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Comfortable with heights and physical work in hot, cold, and wet weather
- Shows up on time , every time - no drama
- Willing to undergo background check and drug screen consistent with law and our safety policies
