Job Description

The Loan Pledging Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing Wealth Lending Loans for eligibility to the FRB Borrower in Custody or Federal Home Loan Banks pledge programs. Pledging loans to these programs gives Wealth Lending an internal liquidity benefit. Specialist will be a subject matter expert on published pledging criteria critically review loan documentation to determine eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert on BIC and FHLB program requirements
• Review loan documents to identify and record established critical data elements for pledging.
• Check/challenge peer documentation reviews.
• Work with individuals across different groups to find required documentation or evidence to support program eligibility.
• Provide updates to management on current programs including number of loans reviewed, number of eligible loans, and total dollar amounts.
• Provide cross training on process to relevant backup specialist.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience reviewing loan documents or critical analysis of legal documentation
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, analysis of documentation, skills
• Must be able to work independently and lead by example
• Individuals are expected to be a subject matter expert in one (or more) specific skill sets, business areas or products

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

$55,341.00 - $68,270.00
