Warehouse Mail Sorter

Mail Sorter Job Overview: The mail sorter handles printed material and small packages by following outlined instructions to be processed for delivery to consumer.

Mail Sorter Shift: 10am-5:30pm Monday - Saturday (off Tuesday)

• Work 5 of these days, typical days off are Sunday and Tuesday
• Work until the mail is processed, sometimes later sometimes earlier than 5:30pm
• 26-30 hours a week

Mail Sorter Pay: $18/hour M-F $19/hour Saturday

Mail Sorter Job Duties:

• Sort 425-500 pieces of mail per hour by hand
• Use of simple conveyance tools to process the mail
• Work with a PC based systems for weighing and labeling mail
• Place processed mail on transportation belt, as outlined at station
• Maintain a minimum average of 90% productivity per goals outlined

Warehouse Mail Sorter

Mail Sorter Key Requirements:

• 3 months warehouse experience or similar required
• Enjoy organizing/sorting at a fast pace
• Track record of being on time/good attendance
• Can stand all day, twist, turn and use hands and wrists
• Flexible end time work until required
• Ok with Days off of Tuesday and Sunday
• Expect 26-30 Hours Worked Per Week
