Job Description

D&G Climate Control Warehousing is seeking a full time 2nd shift receiving clerk (3-11 pm core hours) at our storage facility in Germantown WI.  This is a non-exempt position with a negotiable $20+ hourly wage, according to experience. Training will take place on 1st shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Calmly answer and process rapidly incoming calls while maintaining accurate logs
*Comprehend Bills of Lading, paperwork, and inspection sheets
*Enter date into WMS
*Process fees from carriers that don't comply with requirements
*Conduct regular inventory checks in ambient, cooler, and freezer temperatures
*Perform monthly filing of inbound and outbound paperwork

Prior experience is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will be honest, dependable, and have strong communication and organizational/multi-tasking skills.  They will work well independently and with other departments. Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Spanish and other language skills are a plus.
