Villa Services Runner

As a Villa Services Runner, you help set the stage for an exceptional guest experience through reliable, polished, and attentive service. By supporting the department with daily errands and guest requestssuch as purchasing items needed for a guest's stayyou ensure every detail is handled accurately and professionally. Your accountability and service-focused mindset help create seamless, memorable stays for our guests.

The starting rate is $17.00/hr. The day-to-day includes:

• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
• Operate various types of vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
• Run various types of errands for the Transportation Department, VIP and Villa guests including picking up show tickets from other properties and personal shopping for guests
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, no matter how busy or time of day; maintain positive guest relations at all times
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately and own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure guest's satisfaction
• Assist with all special events for the hotel by running errands as deemed necessary by management
• Handle various amounts of cash for payments, products or services with accuracy

The ideal candidate:

• Works varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Has 6+ months of prior relevant guest experience preferred
• Has experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
• Has a valid driver's license required
