Job Description

Falcon Retail Solutions, LLC is currently hiring Traveling Retail Remodel Merchandisers for our Remodel Division. We are looking for individuals who have a background in retail store remodels. We offer hands-on work, in a team environment, on traveling projects of around 9-14 weeks (2-3 months) at a time. Falcon Traveling Retail Remodel Merchandisers travel throughout the United States completing retail/grocery store remodels. There is also the ability to crossover to a Traveling Retail Fixture Mover position in the same division or as a Traveling Fixture Installer for our Special Projects division. Cross-over is dependent on availability, need, and skill set.

Typical work includes de-merchandising (unstocking) and cleaning shelves, removing old fixtures, installing new fixtures, moving fixtures, adjusting shelves and pegs, moving product from one area of the store to another, restocking shelves, placing new labels and price tags, and replacing or installing new signage.

• 40-hour work week (3rd shift/overnight, shift times vary depending on the project)
• Competitive pay starts at $14.00 per hour
• $25.00 Per Diem for days worked

Requirements:

• Ability to pass work history verification and drug screening checks.
• Experience reading planograms with store resets/remodels, retail fixture installations, and merchandising is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must have knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job (hammer, screwdriver, tape measure, etc.).
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work overnight, out-of-state travel for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with the ability to kneel, bend and squat, reach overhead, pull and grasp, throughout an 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Personal cell phone with internet access and a valid email address are required.
