\nVT - Home Health RN Case Manager in Barre, VT

LeaderStat is currently seeking a VT - Home Health RN Case Manager for a(n) 20 week contract in VT.

Start Date: 2/2/2026
End Date: 6/22/2026
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
