Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by the Customer.
• Initiate the conversation by promoting and creating interest in services.
• Have product/service knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to potential customers.
• Learn scripted presentations to ensure consistent messages and adherence to marketing strategies.
• Objection Handling-skilled at addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive conversation.
• Responsible for accurately recording and updating prospect and customer information in the CRM system. This will help rack leads, and trends, and facilitate future marketing efforts.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.
• Keep track of contacts and those that don’t want to be contacted in the future.
• Follow-up on previous customers for potential sales.
• I am completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

Requirements

• Excellent organization skills, reliable, flexible, and proactive.
• Time management and excellent organization skills.
• Creativity and good communication skills, verbal and written.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Work independently.
• Articulate and upbeat telephone presence.
• Excel spreadsheet creation and use.
• Ability to establish priorities.
