Telemarketer (Puerto Rico)

Qué Harás:

• Realizar llamadas salientes a clientes potenciales para presentar nuestra empresa y línea de productos.

• Explicar de forma clara y persuasiva los beneficios de nuestros productos para generar nuevos prospectos.

• Mantener registros precisos de las llamadas e interacciones con los clientes en nuestro sistema CRM.

• Dar seguimiento a los prospectos y cultivar relaciones para construir una sólida cartera de ventas.

• Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para coordinar reuniones y cerrar negocios.

Qué Buscamos:

• Experiencia demostrable en un puesto de telemercadeo, ventas o servicio al cliente.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal con una presencia telefónica segura y amigable.

• Automotivado/a y orientado/a a objetivos, con el impulso de cumplir y superar las metas.

• Grandes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.

• Se requiere dominio del inglés y español.

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, sales, or customer service role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly phone presence.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
