Participants can also take advantage of opportunities to explore interests in Social Issues, Sustainability, Career Fairs, Community Outreach and more. Program Overview:

- Must be local or willing to relocate to Greensboro, NC
Find Your Fit at Kontoor if you are:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
- Have previously demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities and/or community involvement
- Exceptional at taking on challenges and using your particular set of skills to create solutions
- A self-starter, ability to work with others in a team environment, with a passion for helping others
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Sustainability Intern: Become the Newest Member of Kontoor Brands At Kontoor Brands, sustainability is a company-wide commitment to continual improvement for people, our product, and the planet, enabling shared prosperity for all. The Sustainability Intern will assist with specific projects within the sustainability area such as developing protocols and procedures for data collection, analyzing data for water and emissions hotspots, supporting our annual reporting and assurance processes, researching environmental impact topics, presentation preparation, etc.
Key Responsibilities: - Work with sustainability team members to assist with specific projects within the functional area (specific projects will be defined for each internship upon placement).
Skills for Success: - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with our management staff, employees and the general public
- Excellent skills in writing, especially writing technical papers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Follows through with all tasks, assignments and job duties in a timely manner
- Good time management and organizational skills
Experience/Education: - Currently in college pursuing a degree in the area of sustainability or emphasis in sustainability.
