About the Role:
Join The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland as a Spa Concierge, where you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about wellness and customer service to enhance our tranquil environment in Rocky River, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the spa.
• Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
• Collaborate with spa team members to enhance the guest experience.
• Promote retail products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
