Role Overview: We are seeking a unique and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Manager. This position is ideal for a creative person who not only excels in creating compelling social media content but also has a keen interest and skills in video production. You'll be a driving force behind our clients' social media presence, crafting engaging content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
• Analyze and report on social media campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with our creative teams to plan and produce video content, aligning with our social media goals.
• Liaise between the social media and video production teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Network and build relationships with influencers and other potential collaborators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• A keen interest in and understanding of video production, with a willingness to learn and grow as a producer.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field is preferred.
