Position Summary

At Isenhour Door Products the Warehouse Supervisor plays a central role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and organized movement of materials across our operations. This includes overseeing all shipping and receiving activities, maintaining clean and safe warehouse conditions, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both physical capability and operational oversight. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of daily logistics, while also contributing to long-term improvements in process, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving operations, including packing, staging, and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through daily oversight and regular facility checks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by performing routine updates, audits, and database entries.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to identify and report any damaged or missing freight.
• Coordinate routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and company fleet vehicles related to shipping and receiving.
• Ensure facility compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Lift and move materials (up to 60 lbs independently) and work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Support broader company objectives by taking on related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or logistics role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory tracking systems and warehouse software tools.
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
