Position Summary

This individual will lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy and product marketing for new product launches, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, driving product adoption, and amplifying Momentous\' brand and positioning in the market. You will help define strategic positioning, ensure successful launches, and drive adoption and growth of products.

The role also oversees and optimizes daily operations, working with the SVP of Marketing. As GTM lead, you will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to growth by moving key initiatives forward. It requires a project manager with strong drive and business acumen who can partner across the organization to pull projects to completion.

This role supports Momentous mission of democratizing high performance by ensuring teams use best-in-class practices. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, product expertise, and hands-on execution, and will report directly to the SVP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Lead the marketing end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for all new product launches, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and audience needs.
  • Define key messaging, value propositions, and positioning for new products in collaboration with Executive leadership, Product, High-Performance, Ecommerce, and Brand/Content teams.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans with timelines, deliverables, and marketing materials including product angles, messaging, and copy.
  • Product Marketing & Positioning:
  • Own product positioning and narrative to ensure differentiation and resonance with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to refine messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product and High Performance teams to align features, benefits, and value propositions with market demand and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce and Retention teams to build customer product journeys and educate users to sustain habits.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment:
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the executive team and other departments for GTM, launches, and initiatives.
  • Act as primary liaison across Product, High Performance, Operations, Marketing, Ecommerce, Amazon, Team Sales, Retail, and Customer Success to align timelines and initiatives.
  • Develop product training with People & Culture, Product, Marketing, and High Performance teams.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing to build targeted campaigns driving leads and product awareness.
  • Partner with Strategic Sales & Retail to develop tools and training for product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work with Data & Analytics to monitor KPIs and assess launch success, proposing improvements.
  • Manage special projects and key initiatives as needed by leadership and marketing teams.
  • Brand & Product Evangelism:
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally through events, PR, and media outreach.
  • Support executive leadership:
  • Assist in defining and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
  • Develop operational processes and workflows:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Work with senior management to set operational goals aligned with the company\'s vision and roll out across the organization.
  • Monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of operational initiatives.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with 8-12 years of directly related experience in project management, management consulting, product marketing, GTM strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Ability to balance operations and implement strategic/innovative solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Background in consumer products, ideally in wellness, health, or performance industries.
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Customer Success.
  • Hands-on experience in positioning, messaging, and driving consumer awareness for new products.
  • Ability to distill complex product information into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to derive product performance insights and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
