job summary:

We are searching for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an industry leader.The ideal candidate will have experience delivering business applications related to finance as well as strong skills in executive communication and managing large IT application projects. The project manager will prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our project goals are being achieved.

responsibilities:

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors

• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to escalation channel

• Financial tracking for the project

Required skills and qualifications :

• Ten or more years of project management experience, with at least 5 years of application related deployments

• strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

• Proven success working with all levels of management

• strong written and verbal communication skills

• strong executive communication skills

• Experience managing large IT projects

• Excellent presentation skills Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience managing projects that deploy finance applications

• Professional certification such as PMP

• Delivered applications to internal business users

• Experience working with business users as well as IT resources

• Experience with SAP SAC implementations Skills not interested in

• No infrastructure PMs
