What you'll do Salesforce Administration & Architecture
- Own the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, CPQ).
- Configure objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and automations.
- Manage user setup, permission sets, profiles, and licenses.
- Maintain data integrity, quality, and security.
- Partner with engineering and integration teams on API-based data flows and middleware solutions (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft).
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and prioritize accordingly.
- Lead discovery sessions, document current-state processes, and propose future-state solutions.
- Manage intake and roadmap planning for GTM systems enhancements.
Team Leadership & Project Oversight
- Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts and admins focused on GTM platforms.
- Drive a product mindset within the team - encouraging sprint-based delivery, testing, and iteration.
- Define and track team OKRs, operational SLAs, and adoption KPIs.
- Act as project manager or workstream lead for larger GTM systems initiatives (e.g., CPQ rollout, territory planning automation).
What You'll Need: - 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or project lead role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM workflows: lead management, opportunity lifecycle, renewals, forecasting, and quota management.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, IT).
- Experience managing a small team, with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Familiarity with integrated tools like Salesloft, Marketo, NetSuite, LeanData, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
