We're seeking a certified Salesforce & IT Systems Administrator to support our company and optimize our CRM and order entry platforms, as well as support all staff on IT related issues

Position Overview

This role combines Salesforce administration with broader IT responsibilities. You will manage the Salesforce CRM, including customization, maintenance, and user support, while also overseeing computer systems, networks, and other business technologies across the organization. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our systems effectively support business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot, including fields, objects, record types, flows, validation rules, triggers, page layouts, and approval processes.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Creating and editing lightning pages
• Import and manage data (e.g., leads, contacts, accounts) and ensure data integrity.
• Eliminate duplicates and maintain a clean database.
• Connect web forms and CTAs to Salesforce with user/manager notifications.
• Negotiate contracts with Salesforce and related vendors.

IT Systems & Support

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support company-wide and respond promptly to service requests.
• Set up user accounts and onboard new users.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve computer systems and networks.
• Educate employees on cybersecurity and IT best practices.
• Test and implement new technologies.
• Communicate with outside vendors for IT-related support and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, automation (Flows), and data management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, third-party integrations, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft GP, coding knowledge, or website development.
