Implement and troubleshoot app installations from the Salesforce AppExchange to extend functionality. In collaboration with the ICCT’s IT Team, manage user permissions, profiles, and security settings across the organization. User Support & Training Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across the ICCT. Develop and deliver training for new users and feature rollouts. Create and maintain user documentation and best practice guides. Serve as primary liaison with Salesforce support when advanced technical assistance is needed. System Optimization Monitor system performance and storage limits, recommending solutions for optimization. Evaluate and recommend new features, apps, or process improvements.
