Retail Field Operations & Data Strategy Analyst – St. Louis, MO (HQ-Based, Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Retail Field Operations & Data Strategy Analyst to lead retail growth strategies in the St. Louis region. In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with key retail decision-makers, drive sales execution, and coach retail merchandisers to maximize performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow sales for Energizer and other CPG brands in your territory
• Build trusted relationships with regional and store-level leadership
• Identify opportunities for incremental displays, in-store visibility, and sell-through
• Focus on entry level Data Analytics capabilities with the willingness to grow in that area
• Travel locally (up to 40%) to ensure execution and build presence

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years managing retail accounts in CPG or related industry
• Strong sales, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with local travel (valid driver’s license required)
• Must reside in the St. Louis, MO metro area
