Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: As our Sous Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations for 100 seat venue. Recruiting, training and developing the staff will be expected of our Sous Chef, but heavily assisted by the Culinary Director. Administrative duties such as product ordering, food inventory and culinary staff scheduling will all be responsibilities of the Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will also create and develop distinctive dishes and cocktails which provide our guests with various selections. The Sous Chef will set trends and enhance unique culinary experiences for style of cuisine and beverages. The Sous Chef will need to be a role model with extraordinary culinary skills and be cuisine savvy. As the Sous Chef, you’ll create a pleasant working environment focused on teamwork and always remain positive and professional.

Qualifications:
· Must have a minimum 2 years of sous chef experience
· Must be extremely guest orientated
· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must
