Catering Sales Manager

Our growing restaurant group is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join the leadership team and oversee and develop catering sales for all of our concepts. Catering Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a Catering Sales role
• Outgoing, passionate work style
• Ability to build relationships and increase catering revenues through networking and active sales generation efforts
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and sales orders
• Collaborate with culinary and PR/brand teams to update, cost, and market catering menus
• Assist restaurant teams as needed in the delivery of catering orders
• Must have open schedule availability, including weekends and holidays

Catering Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
• Strong networking skills and a proven track record of sales success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
