Job Description

Lighthouse Management, LLC is a small HOA management business seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in administrative work, can multitask effectively and follow verbal, written and visual instructions and is detail oriented and skilled in Microsoft Office & Adobe programs. Candidates must be a fast learner, willing to take initiative & be a self-starter.

Knowledge of homeowners associations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Scanning
  • Filing and organization of documents
  • Website management via Wix; No experience necessary
  • Friendly & professional customer service skills is a must
  • Written correspondence to Owners may be included. Must be able to write a professional letter with the correct punctuation, spelling and grammar. 
  • Assistance in the coordination of maintenance projects
  • Light cleaning & watering of plants
  • Must be able to handle the occasional disgruntled owner in a professional manner.
  • Background check required

Pay: $15 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
  • This position is an in office position and does not accommodate "remote" work.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
